Smoked rock salt salmon strawberrys

250gm flaked hot salmon.

Punnet of freash strawberrys

1 Firm avacado

1 courgette

½ cup diced dry pawpaw

Drizzel of Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette recipe

2 Tablespoons strawberry vinegar

2 Tablespoons strawberry jam

1/3 cup rape seed oil

Preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor conbine the strawberry vinegar strawberry jam untill smooth
  2. Add the oil in a slow stream while mixing
  3. Store’s well in a jar for up to a week

Simply flake the salmon and cut your avacado and courgette and strawberrys arrange on a plate.

Add diced pawpaw on top and dress with your fresh vinigrette.

Grind Flavourmagic smoked rock salt over the salad and you have a super easy and super yummy salad.

(I like this salad with the addition of wild rocket leaves on top.)
