Rosemary roasted potatoes

Ingredients

500gm small new potatoes, Leave skin on.

4-6 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp. Rosemary Rock Salt

2 tbsp. Olive oil


Directions

Preheat oven to 200. Wash/dry and place the potato in a large bowl, mix the oil, garlic, and Rosemary Rock Salt and toss well. Transfer the potatoes to a shallow baking pan and roast in a hot oven until potatoes are tender, test with the tip of a knife (about 30 minutes). Serve hot great with a tzatziki dip.
